Return and refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to ensure the rights of customers and improve the reputation and service quality of, we apply the following exchange & return policy: 100% refund if the goods are incorrect. Description, wrong product delivered. Partial refund or exchange for another product for subjective reasons from customers.

1. Conditions of return – refund

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return the goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The goods do not match the type or design in the order placed or on the website at the time of ordering.
  • Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.
  • External conditions are affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage…

In case the Customer has confirmed “received goods” with the shipping unit, it is considered that the Customer has received enough goods, the correct type – quality of the product ordered at the website Customers can only exchange a new product of the same type when the product has a technical defect from the manufacturer but must comply with the following conditions:

  • Usage period is not more than 06 months for electronic accessory products (from the date recorded on the order/delivery note or order ID).
  • The product is not scratched, cracked, damp or exposed to chemicals.
  • The product is still sealed, the box is intact, the box is not torn or broken; Must have complete catalogs, components, accessories, and gifts (if any).
  • There are full accompanying documents such as delivery notes, orders, and warranty cards.
    The product has not been disassembled.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents/images proving the above deficiencies to complete the refund/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

  • Return notification time: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product lacks accessories, has technical errors due to the manufacturer, is a gift or is broken. Or as soon as the product is discovered to be defective
  • Product return time: within 14 days from receipt of product. Except for some products with return conditions included in the description.
  • Product return location: Customers can bring goods directly to our office/store or send them by post.
